2005 Mini Cooper s , original owner in perfect condition 47k

I am selling my 2005 Mini Cooper S, or the same old story new baby need a bigger car! I order this car new, nd it been garaged ever since. Car has always been kept in perfect condition. Recently replace the belt tensioner assembly and belt, s well as the thermostat housing with thermo and gasket as preventative maintenance! The car has many performance modifications! Intake, ntercooler, ads rotors and SS lines, trut tower brace with plates, 7% sc pulley, 2% crank pulley, hark injector software, orla cat back exhaust, oni FSD shocks H&R rear sway bar, ires are GY F1's Alta intake tube, igger throttle body, etroit tuned bypass valve, Pod connector, lik racing 17in wheels. Might be a few I forgot! lol oil changed every 5k or once a year if not driven that much! All other fluids changed every two years! Optima red top battery, bout a year old, ept on a trickle charger during the winter when not driven. Did drive it the first winter in 2005 so car comes with 15in steel wheels and two sets of snow tires, ever needed the second set cuz not driven in the winter!
