2006 Kia Rio Base 73K Miles CLEAN TITLE RUNS WELL

2006 Kia Rio Base manual 5 speed transmission sedan with approx 73,400 ACTUAL miles. I bought this 1 month ago for $4250 and spent another $250 getting new spark plugs/oil change/replaced the battery/full mechanical inspection and servicing. Bought for my father as a retirement gift, e however has trouble with the non-power steering due to prior shoulder surgery.
Base model, speed manual transmission, o power features, ftermarket stereo, o AC or cruise control. I drive the car several times a week to keep the battery charged and have put approx 350+ miles since buying it. Exterior is straight, o visible rust, nterior is very clean. Engine runs strong, ransmission and clutch shift nicely. Steering is heavy (non-power steering) however no strange clunks or noises, eminds me of my prior jeep wrangler! Tires have 80% approx life left, as nice alloy wheels.
No engine lights are on, irbag light is on however there is an open recall per Kia on the passenger airbag that may or may not fix this problem.
