2008 Acura TSX Automatic 2.4L, Original Owner, Only 53k Miles, Tinted Windows!

I am the original owner of this 2008 Acura TSX, nd I'm very sad to have to sell it. I started traveling heavily for work, o the car has been sitting in my mother's garage in Phoenix, rizona since July 2013. While being stored, have disconnected the battery and taken other precautions to extend the life of the car. When I am in town to visit, always start the car back up and take her for a spin. The color is listed as Gray on the original paperwork, ut I describe it as "silver with a hint of blue."
I bought the car at the Acura dealership in Las Vegas in August of 2007, nd the car doesn't have much mileage on it from when I was actively using it. It now has 53,116 miles on the odometer. The battery was purchased brand new from the dealership in May 2013, nd two of the tires were purchased new from the dealership in December 2012 (when the mileage was at 49,430). The most recent dealer inspection from when these tires were purchased show the other two tires with 6/32+ tread depth. The brakes were all checked at this time and showed 6mm+ thickness.
Oil changes have been performed at the car-recommended intervals, ost recently at the dealership. Oil changes were performed at the following mileage: 5012, 1445, 7621, 3724, 9407, 6396, 2666, 9178. I have all documentation from these service visits.
I had the windows tinted in February 2012 with the maximum legal limit for Nevada, hich is written on the invoice as "35 front doors, 5% rear, isor."
The car has normal wear and tear, ut I have done my best to take care of my car. Most noticebly, here is a tiny dent in on the front passengers side, hich I had to take many pictures of the car to make it visible. It can likely be "popped" out. There's also a small scratch on the rear bumper.
The car currently has Nevada license plates, hich I will remove before tendering the vehicle. The car is currently unregistered, ut I have the title ready for you!
