Description

You are looking at a very clean, 2001 Porsche 911 Turbo Coupe with a 6 speed manual transmission. I have owned this car for three years and it has been flawless. This is my 4th 911. I am a PCA Member and love everything about 911's. Once I sell this one I plan on buying another one, perhaps a 993 Porsche 911 Turbo or GT3. I would keep this beauty but unfortunately I do not have garage space.
I purchased this car at Foreign Sports Car Italia - an authorized Porsche, Ferrari, Aston Martin dealer in North Carolina. I bought a one way ticket and drove this beauty back to Austin, TX without an issue.
This car is a solid 8 out of 10 - and I am picky! Tires are almost brand new and plenty of tread left. The interior has very little wear and looks brand new. No issues at all with the engine, transmission, brakes. The wheels look brand new with zero curb rash. There is a tiny scratch on one of the wheels but that is it. The car is lovingly detailed and waxed every other weekend.
This is not my daily driver so I averaged about a 1000 miles a year and performed the following maintenance on the car under my ownership:
54,000 miles -- Changed and replaced the air filter, cabin filter, changed oil and oil filter55,030 miles --Changed and replaced spark plugs, replaced clutch pressure accumulator and bled clutch hydraulics
55,829 miles -- Changed and replaced oil and oil filter
55,900 miles -- Changed and replaced battery

The bad:
Spoiler goes up and down fine but I am now getting a spoiler alert on the dash. This is unfortunately a known defect on an otherwise bullet proof car. To fix the issue you can try bleed the system with new fluid - OR replace with a new rams at the Porsche dealership (will fail again) - OR replace with an aftermarket system called eRams that are bullet proof.
The car is located in Austin, TX and I will be more than happy to assist with shipping. Thank you for looking.
