2012 Chevrolet Suburban LS 4x4 V8

2010 Chevy Suburban LS 4x4 with a Flex Fuel V8. This vehicle has been a backup vehicle for our company and has been well-maintained. New brake rotors/pads recently installed. Tires have around 15k miles on them and are in great shape. The vehicle was checked out by the local Chevy dealer. Aside from the tire sensor system is currently not working correctly (displays an error, needs a replacement module) no issues were found.This truck has a third row of seats which are instorage but are included with the vehicle. The exterior is in excellent condition. The interior is in good condition; there is some staining of the carpet in the front seat (can becovered with floor mats) and there are a couple minor small marks in the headliner. It was recently detailed inside and out.We haven't had a need for this truck recently and it has been barely used over the past 6 months, so it's being offered for sale.KBB lists the private party value of this vehicle at $18,242 in "very good" condition.
