1970 molar Plymouth scamp classic car

1970 Plymouth/Mopar Scamp rolling chassis, This car was from Florida I hauled it up to Minnisota where I now live. The car has always been garage kept as long as I have owned it which has been 10yrs. The car had near perfect straight metal. The floors and rocker panels, quarter panels are solid with exception of the passenger rear lower panel just behind the tire in addition the truck floor, spots around the back window, trunk perimeter is in need of some metal fabrication and/ or replacing and passenger side lower panel just behind the rear tire all interior is in tackThis car has huge potential . This car at present does not have a title however in my investigation through DMV the car does not show being registered at all and exceeds the national computers past time line. I will of course provide a bill of sale and have legal information to securing a title here in Minnesota and will be happy to provide proof there of. I am aware that various states are easier to attain titles. My circumstances have changed and not being able to do anything to the car is proof there of.
