Description

OMG - I can not believe how much car your get for the money with this car. It isabsolutelyincredible.
I typed best cars under $10k and one this all the major car sites had in common was the 540i. Road and Track has an article Titled "Ten Legitimately Fun Cars You Can Buy for Less Than $10,000" For the 540i they said it best with:
"No one's going to argue that the M5 version wasn't a better drivers car, but the 540i is the e39 you want to own."
If you do a simple Google search and simply type in "540i" the top site/article to come up would be:
Four Reasons Why You Need to Buy A BMW E39 540i Right Now.
It goes on to say:1) It still looks Spectacular2) It Has All The M5's Benefits And None Of Its Drawbacks3) It Sounds Like An Exotic4) It May Be The Best Used Car Value Ever.
I'm not going to cut and paste the whole article now, but I highly recommend doing the Google search, finding it and reading it.
This car looks awesome. I owed a new M3 Convertible that I paid $60k years ago, before this car (back when I had much more $$). I received more compliments and have had more girls tell me how great my car is with this 540i than I ever did with the M3. I still can't believe how much car you can get for less than $10k.
While the car looks nice it does have a few things that could use some work. As records will show, I paid $4,200 for the car. I saw that these were selling for as much as $8,000 on eBay, thought I would fix a few things and make a profit. Unfortunately I just don't have the time, resources or most importantly garage to work on it. (in a condo now) So I am selling it like I got it. It has the M5 front bumper which just happens to be 1/4 inch shorter than most parking space stops. As such I have dinged it up a few times, (see pics). Neither front windows work correctly. Since the ice cold air works great, and it was summer in steamy Florida, I didn't put it high on this list to fix them. I don't know if they just fell of their cables or it they need new ones. From what I saw on youtube it not difficult to replace, I just don't have the time or location to do it. The are cheap (less than $40 on Amazon). Ebay won't let me link video from YouTube but if you message me I will send you a link to a video of the whole car, starting running, walk around everything. I know there are not many pics yet. It;s late and it's raining like mad here in Florida right now. I think because of Hurricane Matthew. I keep it in a garage during my work hours (office job/parking) and will take and upload more pics then.
Please check out the video for details and message me with any and all questions. I have a 100% perfect rating for going on 17 years for a reason. I will truthfully answer and questions you may have.
Thanks for looking and happy bidding!!
