2013 Volkswagen Jetta Sportswagen

Hello. This car recently got the 50,000 mile tune up, and the tires are pretty new, too (just under 5,000 miles on them).
I've tried to picture the major cosmetic flaws the car has in the last four pictures. 1. small tear in upholstery on ceiling, 2. stain by light above backseat, 3. the turn light on the rear view mirror works, but the plastic cover is broken, and 4. the driver side lower panel is scraped.
Besides the few cosmetic wear and tear and dings, it's in great shape. If you have questions, please let me know. And I will have it professionally washed when it sells.
Finally, I think if you compare the asking price to other comparable 2013 Jetta Sportwagens for sale, you'll find I'm asking a very fair price.
