Reliable, fun car!

Hello and welcome to my sale. This is a 2007 Mazda Mazda3 i Touring model, 5 speed manual, in Rally White with Beige cloth interior. I am the second owner, having purchased the car used in 2012 for my son to use for school. He put on approximately 40k miles over a 5 year period. It is a very reliable and enjoyable daily driver with that fun Mazda DNA. Has been maintained regularly by a very reputable mechanic in town.
The odometer is almost at 123k miles and I use the car occasionally, so ask about the current reading before you choose to purchase.
Pros:

Non-smoker's car.

New Continental PureContact EcoPlus tires, purchased one year ago, only have 11k miles on them. Tread is deep (see photo). Worth $650 on their own. Wonderful dry/wet/light snow tires.

Brand new A/C compressor and charged system.

Brand new front brakes and rotors.

Brand new windshield from Safelite.

Brand new NYS inspection.

Inno roof rack with bicycle carrier.

Clean NYS title in my name.

Cons:

Typical Mazda rust in rear fender wells (see photos), although minimal when compared to others I've seen. Car has been stored outdoors and was a daily driver.

Very mild rust and cosmetic blemishes in 2-3 locations around the car.

Roof has some mild depressions (see photos).

Check engine light appears on rare occasions and has been traced to a sensor. Absolutely no performance issues.

Car was in a minor accident in June 2014. Repairs made flawlessly to left rear quarter panel and door jamb by a very reputable shop in town. You are welcome to contact them for details.

You are welcome to speak to my mechanic or bring your own to inspect the car. Please keep in mind that this is a 10 year old vehicle, although you will be pleased when you see it in person.
Check all online sources, the car is valued correctly, so the first $3500 takes it. Priced for a reasonable and quick sale.

$500 deposit is due via PayPal within 48 hours of purchase.

Balance is due in cash upon delivery, within 5 days depending on our respective schedules.

If you purchase the car and make the deposit, then I fully expect you to complete the transaction. This is a good car without any surprises. However, if you decide against purchasing after seeing the car, I will refund your deposit less $100, also via PayPal, within 48 hours of your visit.

Any breach and the car will be relisted. No games, please.

I am also offering the car for sale locally and retain the right to end the listing.
