Toyota Tacoma TRD

Up for sale is a 2012 Tacoma TRD (clear title in hand). I am the second owner of the truck. I have owned the truck for a little over 2 years and we have put about 15K miles on it. The truck was bought for my son who was turning 16 years old. He has used the truck as his daily driver for getting to and from high school. Now that he has graduated high school, he is headed off to university and will not be taking the truck with him. My son is an avid fisherman and wanted a truck so he could easily carry his fishing equipment and kayaks, and sometimes even tow an 18ft boat. The truck has a lift (about 2 inches), fuel brand wheels, led light bar in the grill, 3 trumpet train horn, and a Thule kayak carrier. To accommodate pulling a boat, and allowing more weight, this truck has 3 leaf springs instead of 2. The third leaf springs are the best “Old Man Emu” brand and it also has Bilstein 5100/5125 shocks. The 3 trumpet train horn is installed under the bed of the truck and the compressor is installed inside the truck bed box (see video). The Thule Kayak carrier has been a great tool for carrying his kayaks, but I will leave it on the truck unless the purchaser does not want it. The truck has not been in any accidents. When I purchased the truck, I did research the Carfax history (which was clean) and since owning the truck, we have not had any issues. This is a 2012 truck so there are some scratches and dings. Nothing major but like any 5 year old vehicle, it’s not 100% perfect paint. Mechanically, we have not had any issues with the truck. It starts first time, every time and has been super reliable. It’s had all its regular oil changes and maintenance performed. The brakes are recently new too. When I bought the truck, I even purchased an additional warranty and we have only used it one time to get the radio replaced. The radio quit working and the warranty replaced it. The warranty is a 3 year 36K option and is transferrable - it’s good until February 2018. I highly recommend viewing the truck.
