Custom-bodied 1996 Ford Thunderbird LX Coupe 2-Door 4.6L Hot Rod

This is a fully functional and great-driving 1996 T-bird LX with a custom body that includes front and rear sheet metal from a 1949 Shoebox Ford coupe. The additions are genuine steel from a vintage Ford, strong>not fiberglass! All of the running gear and drive train are stock Ford components and the car drives and handles like a modern coupe while looking like a vintage 1950s hot rod. The interior is stock and dated, t could use some freshening-up, ut it is in good condition with no tears or rips in the seat. Full power and air conditioning. Everything works as it should. There has been extensive work done to the body to create this one-of-a-kind coupe. The roof skin was replaced (the car originally had a sun roof, ut it did not fit properly and was prone to leaks). The engine and suspension have been serviced and new struts, hocks, oses, elts, ront brakes and hubs have been installed, long with halogen headlights, nd a Pioneer stereo (CD & Ipod compatible). New tires and customized steel wheels for that 50s look. The OHC V-8 purrs like a contented kitten. She is not a race car, ut she cruises the streets with style and comfort!
