Description

Low Miles, nly 88K!!Low reserve,...... The wife wants it gone!

New Starter, ewish battery, fixed rustedstretch area and bit behind rear doors and re-painted those areas, nd it NOW LOOKS BETTER THAN WHEN I BOUGHT IT.put in new DVD Player, interior is 7/10 just for general wear and tare, o rips. exterior is 8/10, ires 4/10, eft front turn signalglass is gone but still works. I used good sticky spray glue to glue up the roof liner over rear window, t was so sticky it stuck a bit out of position and I could not remove it, hus, oucan see some of a trim piece showing above the window ( not a big deal) 19 yr old mildroad rash on front. My Dad did the body work, e is a great fiberglass man so it was done with fiberglass so it will not rust again. (SEE PHOTOS) We orderedautomotive paint and clear coatby the VIN number, o do the two stretch areas (Very expensive). But after we sprayed it, ou can see it does not exactly match the old paint. I believe a previous owner must have re-painted it with a bit different shade of white? Noticeable? yes. but again not a real big deal. I am proud to drive it again and the kids are even happy to ride it in again. But the wife still wants it gone..... Happy wife,......??

Several years ago, had8 large adults inthe backfor a Lions Club event and the weight made the axle rub on the wheel well just in front of the rear passenger seat. At highway speeds, he heat melted about a 3 inch square of carpet and it started to smoke. A handy water bottle cooled it down quick. Very exciting! I pulled over and we moved two of the biggest up front with me and others to front of "J" seating and we made it the rest of the hour trip and backwithout incident. I had the air shocks replaced after that, ut I am still careful not to let the "Big ones" in that back seat. The melted carpet area isnot visible because it is under the original "big" floor matt that goes up and over the wheel well.I also replaced the muffler at the same time as the shocks. Most of the "pocket" overhead lights in the rear do not work?? But Halo, ar lights and foot well lights do. The back Right tire was apparently a spare? It was on it when I bought it.You can see it is a white wall andthe rim is different style. I have the original rim with a tire on it, ut it does not hold air, o it does not have a good spare right now. I just discovered it would not hold air this week whenI aired it up and put it on. Luckily I never got a flat!! It is back in the trunk. I have put less than 10,000 miles on it in the time I have owned it!! I was surprised at how well it does on gas, 5-20 miles/gallon. Its' low profile I think cuts through the air like a sword!! Way better than our High top van!!

The new DVD Player is setting in the place were the original TV was (It went bad). The cord is long enough that it can easily be lifted out and placed on top of the wood bar or placed in a lap.

I never rented it out because insurance was too high, ut I am sure it could be used as a lesser tear rental. Horn plays the Wedding march. (Also helps turn heads) It has a place for an extra battery in the trunk. It has the extra electrical box for it near front battery,I was told that controlledit, ut I never figured it out?? The current battery is new to this car, took it out of my mustang. The old one, fter setting so long, ould not hold any charge. There is still a slow drain on the battery (not sure from what) if it sets a few days. So I put a "cut-off" switch on the battery That I disconnect when it is going to set very long.(Very easy... twist on, wist off)

I had the vinyl top replaced about 6 years ago, he place did aBAD job, t had valleys in it where water would pool. I made them strip it off and fix the low spots. They did it, ut I think the off and back on process madeit come up a bit short at the front window and maybe stretched the center seem.With-in a year the center seem was starting to separate (split)and the front edge was starting to come loose and flap back. I called them but they refused to fix it, aid theyalready lost money on the deal. So my Dad and I glued down a 3 inch wide strip of stiff vinyl over the seem and a section ofnew vinyl over the front "drivers" areathen added a chrome strip to hide theedge. You can see it in the photos. I think it looks good and adds a bit of character. The year of sitting in the sun behind my office took its toll on that vinyl top. It got very weathered, ellowed and rough. I bought some Good Paint made for paintingVinyl pools and re-painted the top. It looks way better!!

I promised my Dad 1/2 of the sell price for his great work fixing the body and replacing the starter ..... But I do hate to see it go, I have enjoyed using it when we had a big group to go out to eat or out for fun. Always get lots of heads to turn, nd now it looks soo good!! Check out the pics, f you want more let me know I can send them. When it is your personal car, ou do not need aspecial license to drive it (as long as you are not renting it out)!! At least these are the rules in Indiana. I was always the driver, no special license).......never got to ride in back ofmy own Limo!

It is a dependable, ice BIG TOY. I believe I havereported all important things about it. (It will make the next owner happy!!) But as usual, ou can have it inspected before payment if you like.

It is for sale locally, nd I reserve the right to end the auction early if sold!

Thanks for looking!!

BRAND NEW TIRES!!!!!! AND BRAKES!!! Yes my 12 year old son wanted me to take him and 7 friends to Evansville for laser tag, utt-Putt and dinner Sunday night, nbsp; Before we even got out of our town, got my first flat tire since I purchased it about ten years ago. I put on the spare that I knew had a slow leak and used fix-a-flat to air it up. It seemed to be holding so I decided to make the rest of the trip. It made it to Evansville for the games, ut on our way to dinner, t blew. Now no spare!!! and Tripple AAA said they could not tow a limo. It was going no-where till I could get the tire fixed Monday (Today). We had to wait for my wife to come pick us up in our van....... The kids loved it, wo flats in one trip, un at laser tag (even though I had the high score!!) and they got to go into the grocery store I was stranded at and bought lots of junk-food for their dinner, hen sat in nice rocking chairs by the road eating their bounty and waiting for our rescue. (My wife was NOT happy about the 9pm Sunday night pick-up and it just added to her reasons to make me sell the Limo.) I do not want the lucky new owner to have any of this trouble, o I replaced the blown tire tonight and the Limo is setting at Rabben tire to get the other 3 replaced tomorrow....... the best "left-over" will become the spare!! (ALL 4, atching, rand-Spanking new, lack wall tires!!!) So the tires are now 10/10. I noticed also that the brakes were soft, o I am having them replaced or fixed also, hat ever it takes to make it safe!!! So I certainly hope this will help bring a higher bid!! Thanks for looking!!
