Description

It's time for me to part with the most amazing vehicle I've owned. This car kit was imported from MKsportscars into Florida where a shop built it. A friend of mine owned it until 2012. I have owned it from 2012 until now. The vehicle is titled as a 2008. It has been a great car. This is an mk sportscars Indy. Check out their website at mksportscars.com. It's an exact body replica of the lotus seven or caterham. The running gear is out of a 2000 cbr 11xx blackbird. It has 135hp and revs to 11,000rpm. The car weighs 1050 lbs. I had it corner balanced last year and the weight distribution is 51% front 49% rear. Wheels are oz racing ultraleggera 15x7 wrapped in toyo r888. The brakes and knuckles are from a ford Sierra as stated on the website. The car is runs flawlessly. It brings a smile to my face every time I drive it. I'm selling because I have a small and growing family and I don't get very much time to drive it anymore. It's currently registered and insured in Utah. Feel free to reach out to me with any questions you have. I will help with shipping wherever needed. I reserve the right to end the auction early as this car is for sale locally as well.

After have a few questions I realized I missed a couple things on the listing. First thing is there is no reverse gear installed. The running gear is from a motorcycle without a reverse. There are a few companies that make a revers for bike engine super sevens, I just never felt the need. There are two other issues worth noting. One is that the fuel gauge is reversed for some reason. When the tank is full the gauge reads empy. The last issue is the speedometeris offa bit. When the speedo says 100mph you're actually doing 62mph. The ratio is like converting from kph to mph. The good thing is that the mileage is actually lower than it reads. The easy fix it so get a speedo healer for under $100. You can buy them at any motorcycle shop or ebay. If there is anything else I can think of i'll update the listing.

I have a few videos on my phone that ebay isn't letting me list. If you want any pictures or videos of anything just call or txt me at 801-230-2747.
