Description

Up for sale is my 2008 Mazda MX-5 Miata. I began with an NC Miata Sport with a 5-speed manual transmission and no options as a blank canvas. From there I built the car exactly as I wanted. Modifications are listed below. The car is in excellent condition and has never been in an accident but someone recently backed into the driver side rear quarter panel (See pictures below). I have over $15K just in modifications into the car, so you are basically paying for the modifications and getting the car for free. The car is located in Salem, MA and will need to be picked up here. I would be happy to work with your shipper if you are not nearby. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact me.

I've had a few questions about how much power the car makes. Here is the dyno graph from the manufacturer on a completely stock NC comparing to a stock baseline run. The numbers listed are wheel horsepower.

The other question I have been getting is about boost delivery. Boost is controlled through an onboard computer that maps boost based on throttle position and engine speed. The system does generate boost at part throttle and can go from no boost to max boost in 0.25 seconds at any engine speed. Unlike a conventional turbo there is no wait-time or spool-up. When boost is requested (by putting your foot down) it responds instantaneously.
