Mercedes benz 500sl Designo Launch Edition! 48,000 miles!

This is a remarkable car! I am the second owner (two years) and know the first owner well. She and I have kept the car garaged since it was new so it is in excellent condition. The Designo edition was the first year Mercedes offered a hard top that folds into the trunk. It works beautifully. Once the top is in the trunk. there is a button that raises and lowers the top so that you can access the trunk with the top down. I have every service record on the car. I pulled a carfax and it records a minor fender bender in 2006. I spoke with the prior owner and she said it was very minor and she spared no expense restoring the bumper to original condition. No airbags deployed. the sign of a serious crash. so this should not deter anyone from owning this amazing vehicle. Other than that. nbsp;there are a few minor scratches on the corners of the front bumper which could easily be rubbed out. There are two keys. a 5 cd player. navigation. and of course low. low miles at 48. 00. This car won't last long!
