CLEAN TITLE
Perfect for the collector or for a veg. system conversion.
OPTIONS
All power windows work, eater works, /C does not (see below). Original radio works as well. Moonroof works, ut is slow, ay need to be greased.
INTERIOR
All original radio, ugs, ats (all mats in very good condition except driver side mat which shows a 2 inch x 2 inch spot of wear), irst aid kit with contents still in tact.
Interior wood trim in tact. Vinyl dashboard is solid (no cracking).
Interior Color: Palomino (brown).

Glove box contains original owner's manual, nd assoc. Mercedes Benz booklets.
Additionally Chilton's manual.

EXTERIOR
Original paint is in very good condition except on the driver side door, here some of the gloss finish has become matte. However there is no paint loss on this area.
Rust: is present on three of the four wheel wells.

RUNS GREAT
It loves highway driving, hese were engineered as 'touring sedans'.
TLC NEEDED
Could use new tires all around.
Rust repair needed on three (of the four) wheel wells, ear passenger most extensive, ee attached photos.
Moonroof is slow, robably needs to be re-greased.
A/C compressor.
May need some resealing in the front vent.
Some black smoke at start up.
Can be hard to start in winter, ngine heater should be plugged in in cold weather, lug is behind bumper.
Once these items have been addressed it should run like a champ.

STATE INSPECTION

WVO (waste vegetable oil) custom system installed ($3000 value) by Lucas McDonals of VegParts in Ithica, Y. However system is disconnected from the engine. All wvo system schematics and paperwork included. Mercedes Benz diesels of this era are popular for this conversion, here are lots of articles about it on the web, oogle can help you find them.
