2000 Mercedes Benz M430 Runs Drives Needs some work

(PLEASE READ) This ML430 is in running condition, he body is in good condition, thas a light rear collision, he hatch has a dent, he bumper is pushed and one tail light won't stay in place,their is no frame or suspension damage that I can detect. It runs and drives strait. The engine is quiet and blows no smoke, he transmission shifts all gears smoothly, did not notice any leaks, he brakes work properly and stops the car the way they should. The tires are good, hey look like they have 70% tread. The interior is clean, he pictures speak for themselves. The engine runs like it needs a tune up, he check engine light is on. I am not a mechanic, have no history on the car, do not know what is wrong with it.I am in the towing business and acquired the car from a customer. Their is no radio and the power windows need a new master switch. The a/c is all there but blows hot air. I have a clean/clear title. The car is being sold AS-IS, S-IS means AS-IS, hen its sold to the buyer, t becomes the buyers responsibility, make no guarantees or warrantees of any kind.
