I am selling a 2005 Mercury Grand Marquis LS Ultimate Presidential Edition.This car is being sold as part of an estate sale. It hasa clean title (no liens or anything), o mechanical issues, nd has always been babied and very well maintained.The car has had only 1 elderly owner, nd currently only 31K original miles on it. This is a Florida car and has always been garage kept.The outside is brown with a half-leather roof, nd the inside is tan leather. It is loaded with the ULTIMATE package, nd has every option you can imagine- leather interior, d player, ll power options (dual power seats), ood trim (including steering wheel), igital gauges (only available on the Ultimate), actory chrome rims, hrome outside body trim, inted windows, eyless entry, tc.We have 3 sets of original keys with two remotes as well. The car has newer tires (Goodyear, ut on over the past year) drives like new and will take you anywhere!

EXTERIOR:

The outside of the car is in mint condition (like new!). It was always garage kept, nd definitely shows it. Not a single dent/scratch, othing like that. Just one minor nick on front fender (finger-sized, ictured here), nd a mark on the rear bumper, ut nothing else noticeable. Paint on car is overall very glossy and looks beautiful! Body is a 9/10...and you'd say it's really like new.

INTERIOR:

The interior of the car is in excellent condition as well.The leather seats are all supple and look great. Heat is hot/AC is cold, nd all power/electronic options work as they should. It is a non-smoker car.

MECHANICALLY

Let me first start out by saying that I wouldn't hesitate to drive this car tomorrow from New York to Florida and then back. Considering the mileage and the condition,you canbe assured it isin excellent shape mechanically.The car has always been looked upon and does not currently need anything. Maintenance has always been kepton it,and it'sready to go anywhere.

As a final note, ll I can say is that this car is in excellent condition all around.
