1995 Mitsubishi 3000GT Base Coupe 2-Door 3.0L

This car is a minor project, t sat for 2 years before I bought it and drove it right out. 2 months later we've come to the conclusion that we have too many cars, o this one was chosen to sell. It runs very well but it does smoke/burn oil, rom what seems to be bad valve stem seals (from sitting). This smoking doesn't seem to affect driving at all it just can be annoying. I've been told to run heavier oil but that was after changing the oil/filter less than 200 miles ago with some high mileage to help the seals. It has decent snows on the front, he rear tires have good tread but are cracked. One has a small leak (every week or two I put air in). I did the front valve cover seals thinking that may have been the issue for oil loss which it did help very much. I'll include with the sale the other valve cover gasket and a transmission filter/gasket. The transmission fluid has been replaced with synthetic ATF+4 after a line started leaking going to the external transmission cooler installed by the previous owner. The timing belt was done 10k miles ago, nd the motor is only supposed to have 110k miles whereas the body is at 177k. I've cleaned up underneath and undercoated important areas that had lost their undercoating. The car is clean underneath, othing more than some surface rust here and there. Previous owner did have some dents/scratches and what not but I've included pictures and I can send more if anyone needs. Transmission shifts smoothly, one of the usual auto transmission problems these cars seem to obtain. Clear NY title, as just recently inspected. I'll include a list of everything that needs a little attention.Cons:Gas gauge doesn't work.(Narrowed it down to the sending unit using another cluster)Rear windshield wiper was broken off by previous ownerIt smokes (thicker oil should help but its only the valve seals)Drivers window regulator has some problems, t goes down halfway and by pushing up-down many times it will go down all the way, t just acts upDrivers mirror controls don't workOne manifold stud the the exhaust was broken and just needs to be heated up and removed+replaced. I may get around to doing this before sale concludes but I can't promise I'll have the timePassenger wheel bearing is loud right now (I have the wheel bearing, nd will replace it before sale/delivery)
This may look like a long list but you'll find its all minor stuff that goes quickly, his is a solid car though and would make a great car for father/son to tinker with, peaking from personal experience. Through myself, y brother, nd my father, e've collected 4 of these cars so we know a good amount on them and can find most parts if ever needed.
