No 'additional' hard mounting points have been attached for an engine or trans. The chassis has the 'original' hard mount points.
This offering includes: the main body, ront and tail fiberglass sections, wo bucket seats with covers, ash, wo doors, quare tube OEM frame, ront windshield and rear window. Bonus: the hard to find plexi glass covers for the headlights are also included.
These are the 'main' parts only - not a complete car. You will need a donor car for a drivetrain, unning gear and misc items to complete the project. This frame was designed to accept '65-'69 Corvair front and rear suspension, ngine and transaxle.
Also included: is a Corvair title, IN Plate and front end assembly. The existing title and VIN plate will make registering this car easy in any state.
This is a 'blank' canvas to create your own sports car with GT 40 looks. The fiberglass is not cracked or cut anywhere, nly some minor scratches in the gelcoat.
This is a replica Ford GT-40 body, nterior parts and frame. This body is the 3 piece unit. This unit and rolling chassis is still available from the manufacturer for approx. $11,449.00.
The body dolly in the picture is not included but can be purchased separately.
This kit is a very capable & adaptable unit. Mid engine & rear transmission applications are possible; such as the configuration of the original GT-40's.
As seen in the pictures - this kit rests on a heavy duty custom made square tube rolling body dolly. This is available at additional cost.
