1968 Buick Special Deluxe Skylark Three speed manual, V8 all original with A/C

Been in garage since 1983 stored in dry area, car appears to never have been in an accident. All side and rear glass is good, butthe windshield iscracked. All body panels are straight with no signs of damage, no rust through, THE back window did have the usual rust through areas but only in the glass channel area. The window was removed and area cleaned then fiberglass was carefully put into that area to seal those holes. New tar strip installed window put back into place. From looking at the back glass their is no visible repair work seen. I did have the have the shop put new material in the package tray area. A new a/c fan belt was installed, a new positive battery cable was also installed. We had the shop pull the gas tank out and clean it out they were amazed it looked new inside with only about a gallon of fuel in it!! They re-installed with new hoses. They then decided to install a new fuel pump. Engine turned over by hand so we proceeded to change the engine oil and filter. Then the starter turned themotor over.Then engine then started right up!!! The engine starts easy and sounds good, transmission shifts good, not quite sure of the condition of the brakes or clutch but it does drive and stop!! The interior has no rips or tears in the front seat area, the rear seat has an 1/2 inch slit on the topside but could be fixed easy, door panels are good, the door arm rest on the drivers door has a worn out spot with the top material missing. The dash-pad is very nice no cracks, the lights all seem to work, the gas gauge works, Turn signal, interior lite headlights brake lights,,. Front windshield is cracked.. AND NOW FOR SOMETHING HARD TO BELIEVE THE INTACT ORIGINALAIR CONDITIONING WORKS!!!! Yes the AM radio even works!! The interior does not have carpeting just the old style rubber mat!Car does not come with the rims and tires in the picture..... it will have the original colored rims with the hub caps seen in the trunk, and yes it has a spare wheel/tire and the original jack with base missing the handle... The underneath of the car shows signs of what appears to be some type of black thin undercoating.. But we see no rust through holes!!!
