Ford Explorer 2002 XLS 4.0 Automatic

You are bidding on a 2002 Ford XLS Explorer in good condition. Not a 4X4. The SUV does not have any holes or rust on the body. The underneath is decent for the age of the vehicle. This is my third vehicle is why I am listing.
The SUV has 152,000 miles but I will continue to drive. The air is cold, the hea, power locks, power windows, horn cruise control and CD player all work. It also has a built in DVD player. The brakes and tires are in decent condition. I recently found out the LF upper control arm and rear quick struts need replaced.
Please check the NADA and KBB values for an SUV in fair or good condition for values.
