You are looking a a true find. This package has been in dry storage for almost 20 years. This is a package of 95% complete as far as parts, the rebuilt (I do not know who rebuilt it or had anything to do with the rebuild) matching numbers engine is worth +/-$18K all day long. I have all the glass, window regulators, automatic Trans (installed), gas tank w fuel pump, radiator assembly with fans, nicely sand blasted front suspension, OEM wire wheels, tires are old but with 0 miles, the body work is 98% complete, there is NO RUST anywhere and you just have to fine tune the surfaces, entire interior is not installed but all brand new leather, rear lights, bonnet, headlight buckets, and more.
Have had the engine running on starting fluid, you can see it running. Car is located in Hawthorne NJ come see it anytime M-F 9 to 5. It is at my mechanics garage, he's a Master Mech Jag certified for decades who worked on these when they were new in the showroom, he can certainly fill you in on some detail.

I'd say the things I don have are headlights, some wire harnesses, a few heating and cooling system hoses, door handles, bumpers, Jaguar logos, windshield and rear window gaskets, carpeting, and I'm sure a few other items.
