EL-Limited 4x4-Lifted-Raptor Wheels w/ BFG 35’s-Low Miles-46 Pics

Up for sale is our Lifted (3" Front & 2" Rear. . .Leveled) 2007 Expedition EL Limited 4X4 finished in Pearl White TriCoat and the Stone (tan) Leather Interior Group outfitted with a New set of Ford Raptor Wheels wrapped with New 35" BFG All Terrains. We purchased the Expi last April specifically for a few family road trips this past spring and summer which have now been completed. I always attempt to track down One-Owner vehicles from dry climates as I don't like what the Midwest's salted roads do to vehicles around here. I sourced this out of Spanish Forks, Utah where it was traded back into the selling dealer by the original family for a brand new one.
We took delivery of the Expi with 84K miles and now she's just a click over 92K now which is super low for one of these. Maintenance is up to date and all installed options are working as they should. Within the past 5K miles we have replaced the spark plugs, changed the fluids in both differentials and transfer case, installed new brakes, new wipers, flushed the coolant and brake fluid, installed a new air filter and just changed the engine oil last week.
Paint condition is excellent but does have a scrape on the front bumper (see pic) and a few door dings all of which were present when purchased. The interior is remarkable as there is no premature wear on the leather surfaces (very rare as every example I saw looked awful) nor any rips or tears and it has been smoke free. This is a great SUV simply looking for a new home that needs its size.
A note on the 3" Front/2" Rear Lift: This Expedition is equipped with the Auto Leveling Air Bag Rear Suspension. The front has a standard 3" puck-style lift but the 2" rear is a combination of a puck under the Air Spring Mount combined with Adjustable Air Sensor Rods. This allows the Air Springs to operate within their normal range as opposed to most that simply adjust the sensors to pump the air to achieve the lift. Not only is that a poor choice as it kills the ride but also puts undue stress on the air springs and negates its auto-level function. The net effect of this lift allows for a completely Factory Ride Quality without changing any of the handling or load capabilities which allows for the larger 35" tires and more aggressive stance.
