Description

Ist time offered is a real sharp Chev short box. Solid southern history, very solid thru-out, Frame and mounts are excellent. Numbers match 350 4-V, auto. trans. This was a nice older restoration that i took in trade. Since, over $6000 spent on freshening up. Paint is 15 years old and is very presentable, showing its age as it has a few chips here and there that were touched up but still has great shine, a definite 5-10 footer. One rust bubble,( see pic) by rear window was was due to crud accumulating under weatherstrip for 40 + years. We installed a new rear window and weatherstrip and ground down metal and sealed it to arrest the rust. Bubble was left alone on outside as it can easily be fixed during the next repaint, truck otherwise very very solid. Also, see pic of roof, paint is a little thin in one area, tried to show flaws. Now, on to all the good !! This is a nice example of the upscale Cheyenne Super trim level and was optioned new with power steering, power disc brakes, and cold factory a/c. New or recent improvements include Edelbrock carb., alum. intake, headers with Flowmaster exhaust, steering gear box, shocks, fuel pum, battery, plugs, wire, cap with Pertronix module, master cylinder, brake cylinders, a/c condensor and r134a conversion, starter, hoses, belts, stereo with bluetooth and Pandora, kick panel speakers, dash bezels, rear window and seal, tonneau cover, door weatherstrips and window felts, outside door handles, a/c duct hoses and vent balls. and new BFG TA's,and also rebuilt a/c/heat control unit, added "old school" in dash tach and spent a pile of dough on a new tilt steering column too ! Bumpers and grille very straight as are body panels.Factory Rally wheels, 15x7 and 15x8 with 235/60 and 275/60 tires. Overall a real good old truck, ready to drive and enjoy or paint it for show !! No leaks or drips of any kind, starts on first crank and cruises easy ay 75 mph with the a/c cranking !! Due to everyone having their own definition of bad, good and great i strongly suggest an inspection of vehicle by you or a 3rd party !! Please dont bid until you have the permission of your spouse, banker, accountant, psychic and dog !!! I am a licensed and bonded dealer in Minn. so all title work etc will be to the letter of the law. I can possibly assist with shipping arrangements. Remember, this is a 45 year old truck and is not perfect in any way, shape or fashion so inspect it, ask questions etc. etc. so no ones feelings get hurt. I have sold a lot of cars on ebay, ( been a while tho) and have a 100% feedback and intend to keep it !! Questions or concerns call 763-227-6128, Thanks, Jim. Happy bidding and good luck !!
