1955 Chevy Belair Straight Axle Gasser Vintage Drag Car Hot Rod

Up for sale 1955 Chevy Belair ex Gasser straight axledrag car. Original seamless boxed frame with custom fully TIG welded round tube front sub frame. Mid 50's Chevy truck straight axle with disc brakes. Frame was completely sand blasted, primered, and painted. Front and rear suspension is all rebuilt. Original 15x8 and 15x4 Cragar wheels. Front tires are good, rears are old M&H race masters.10 bolt rear differential. Body is in good shape. Has new floor braces installed, but still needs rust repair in tail pan, bottom of driver's door, and a couple spots above front and rear windows. Have 90% of stainless trim. Extra dash. Front clip is a little rough but usable. Deck lid is a good quality bolt on fiberglass unit. Have all glass except windshield. Also comes with complete extra driver's door. Car iscurrently set up for small block Chevy. Car still needs work, but would make a great drag car or street/strip gasser. Clear California title in hand.
