Description

1999 Trans Am, rebuilt ls1 with about 2500 miles on it. Has a Trick Flow 560 lift cam, gm peformance valve springs, long tube stainless headers, high flow cats and loudmouth style exhaust. Has an slp lid also. It was professionally tuned. Has a th400 with valve body, will auto or manually shift and a 3000 stall converter that stalls closer to 3500 due to performance upgrades. Hayden trans cooler. Aftermarket th400 swap crossmember with torque arm built in, tubular style and was 300 plus alone. Stock 3.42 10 bolt rearend. Also has a new heavy duty driveshaft with new u-joints. The hood is a stock steel hood with snorkels added like a firehawk style hood. It's not perfect as the rear corner got bent before installation. The paint is good, but not perfect on the entire car, has some scratches, dings here and there and chips. Should easily be a 12 second quarter mile car and make over 400hp... but it was no dynoed and never raced, so can;t prove either. AC is deleted, all underhood parts are done... could easily be put back in, but parts not included. Has a new alternator. The engine/wiring/ecu is from a 98. Was tuned with hp tuners.
The body is very solid, had around 177k on on the shell. But used the complete suspension, wiring, interior, rearend, etc from a parts trans am that had 108k including the speedometer cluster. I built the car from a shell as someone stripped it for the drivetrain, since it's cheaper to buy an ls1 car and get everything vs piecing it. Was a factory 6 speed car and would be easy to changed back with just bolt ins. The tunnel has a cover from an auto floor screwed into the factory 6 speed shift boot screws. Has a stock shifter in it. The wheels are 2000 camaro wheels with 245/50r16 tires with good tread, near 3/4 tread on all 4. One wheel has a tweaked lip, but cause any issues.
Has an aftermarket cd player. Rear window is tinted, was done professionally. Dash pad, soft part has a crack in center and chip on ps you don't see unless door is open. Door panels and interior are tan, originally had tan seats, but switched to better charcoal seats I had. Headliner has a few bad spots, but doesn't sag or look too bad.
This was my personal driver for the past 6 months. I have another car I am building and will be done for spring. So figured other than storing it for winter I would try and sell now.
This car was never wrecked and as clean underneath, rust free as you will find and the reason I used this shell to build.
Tires, brakes, etc... are all good. Car was PA inspected and emissions done earlier this year and has about 600 miles on since. Added pics of the flawed areas.
