Description

We are relisting these cars due to a flaky buyer who could not pay. One Thunderbird Landau is a running driving car that has been a daily driver until recently. The other car is mostly complete and is concidered a parts car. The "driver" was the victim of a hit and run which dinged up the driver side in what could be best decribed as an upsetting fender bender. Most likley something to do with the high school across the street. Over the past 6-7 years the "driver" has been driven from Portland to southern Oregon many times with no issues. It drives great! It has no rust other than some surface rust under the vinyl roof and where paint has peeled on the trunk lid. 90% of what is needed to restore the car can be found in or on the parts car. including a new in the box headliner. The engine and transmission of the parts car are good. however. we believe the front seal of the transmission is what failed the parts car. The parts car is also restoreable. there is however. a hole in the passenger front foot well. most likely due to a window left partly down. Both of these cars are Oregon cars and thus have never seen salt on the roads. I actually found the parts car for him. It is also blue withe a black interior. We have the factory air cleaner's for both cars as well as a custom chrome one that came with the Edelbrock carburetor mounted on the parts car engine. Also included are many duplicate parts as well as a newish Edelbrock intake manifold. and the optinal spinner hub caps. The low reserve reflect what you might pay for the parts car alone. I am posting this for a friend who's computer is on the fritz. He is not what you would call a car guy. but. he loves these birds. It took some doing to convince him to part with them. so he is a reluctant seller. His interests currantly lay in other projects not related to automobiles. He has gone as far as practical for him right now. so progress has been at a stand still for months now. Both cars have clean titles in hand. The owner's name is Ben you may reach/or text him @ 971 404-1988 as late as 10PM pacific time. he is ready to be receptive to any question you may have. The winning bidder must contact the owner to arrange payment within 48 hours. Thank you. we look forward to hearing from you.
