Description

Seems I have to many Cars in my collection and not enough time so I am going to have to let my 1958 Plymouth Fury Go. This is one amazing car I picked up out east and was going to Paint it Red and make it look like "Christine". When I got it from the original owner I mentioned to him my plans and he said he wanted to do the same thing but couldn't bring himself to do it to such a Beautiful car. Well he was right and I just couldn't see changing an already beautiful job either. The Car was customized in the late 60's and it has badge plaques in it all the way back to 1969 when it kept winning car shows. She still cleans up nice for a car that was restored so long ago. The Fury has spent its entire time in a garage being cared for. Other than some issues on the rear bumper Paint (NOT RUST) it is very straight and clean. As you can see in the trunk and underneath the car it still looks in almost perfect condition. The Tail Lights are off a Chrysler Imperial. however I do have the original 58' Fury taillights to go with it. The interior of the Car has Seats from an Impala (I believe) and is super clean. I was going to have the White re dyed just to take it back to how it looked when it was first done and never got around to it. The Engine is a beautiful 392 hemi and pulls like a muscle car. This Fury has all the power in the world! It is followed by a Hurst Shifter mounted on a 4 speed manual transmission that shifts wonderfully. The Yoke on the Driveshaft broke on me last year so it has a new assembly taking it back to the rear wheels where I just serviced the Differential last year. The Brakes are less to be desired in the car though. She will stop and drive just fine. just the original brakes that could use an upgrade and servicing. The Plymouth Fury is a close to impossible car to find. So once you do find one I recommend picking it up! This is a beautiful car that runs great. It just needs to be in a garage where someone can spend their time driving it and loving it. If you have any questions please feel free to ask!
