1966 Plymouth Belvedere II Base 5.2L

I have owned this car since 1971 last time it was on the road was 1981 don't find to many out there with 3 speed on the column it has a 1974 318 in it less than 7000 miles . It may be stuck not sure or it could be the clutch stuck to the flywheel in any case it doesn't turn over the car will need some frame work at the torsion bar area but those repair kits are easy to find ive wanted to get it and restore it but with work and really no place to do it well its time to let it go im in Illinois the car is in Tennessee I think every piece of the car is the there is chrome in the back seat from the drivers side
