1983 PORSCHE 911SC CABRIOLET * 72000 MILES - 1ST YEAR CAB PRODUCTION SINCE 1965*

This of course is the last production year model of the iconic 3 liter 911SC - and the first year for the cabriolet since 1965. These are "one year only" SC cabs and finding one in extremely well-kept condition such as this are getting harder and harder every day. Having only 72. 00 original documented miles since new makes this car an even better example. having always been garaged and well cared for. having spent it's entire life in the southeast United States. Iconic Guards red over black and everything is in working order and it includes the owner's manual. maintenance booklet. tools. tire inflator. convertible top "boot" cover. car cover. all keys. etc. Top is in beautiful condition with no tears and rear window is clear. All components such as steering. brakes. clutch. gearbox and suspension are without issues and car handles perfectly and pulls strongly with no hesitation. Tires are very good and Fuchs are virtually un-marked. all glass is good as well. Rear engine cover was bumped slightly in the past and was replaced with a factory cover. painted to match properly and the rear wings were blended to professional standards - much of the remaining paint is factory and overall paint condition is very good. All stickers remain in place from the factory and only the radio has been updated. Last owner purchased the cab in the year 2000 with just 38. 00 miles and there are maintenance records from 2000-2015. as well as the maintenance book with several stamps from delivery. There is one spot on the hood - about the size of a quarter that has been touched up and I will include a photo in the listing. There also is a factory short shift that has been installed. this is a very solid. never abused example of a strong 911 model that will only increase in value.
