1961 Renault Caravelle Convertible needs restoration No rust very complete

I am very sad that I have to sell my 1961 Renault Caravelle convertible. I have wanted one to restore for years and I found this very nice rust free car to do. and now my landlord has given me 30 days to move as he just sold the property. Very complete car with the only things missing are the outside door handles. There are only 3 small dents on the car otherwise the body is very nice. The top bows fold nicely and are complete and in good shape. The car comes with a table full of spare parts to use or to sell. The radiator is currently out of the car. but is on the table as is the air cleaner assembly. The car shows 48000 miles and since i know it was parked for at lease 25 years. that might be close. but 148000 is not out of the question.
