Description

As I said in the condition section the car is currently not running as of yesterday (8/16/2016). I had it inspected by my mechanic and the ignition switch has gone out. I'm moving and don't have the time to fix it. So if you win the bid and know how to change an ignition switch then she could be a great vehicle for you.
I purchased the vehicle less than a week ago and the owner before me left me with all the receipts of previous work that had been done on it. The previous owner was a non-smoker as am I.
As for the good parts in the car: The body is immaculate with very minor scratches and dents. It was kept in a garage for most of its life and as such was very well cared for. Engine is in great shape. Interior of car is in good condition with leather seats and premium seat covers. It has low miles for a '92 and could make a nice car for someone with the ability to repair it. The clutch is relatively new and was changed less than 15,000 miles ago. The transmission is also in good condition. I have also recently adjusted the shifter and it shifts like new. The convertible top is also new with a tempered and heated glass window and does not leak. The car has working power windows, locks, and an alarm system with keyless entry.
As for the bad: Besides the ignition switch, there is a power steering leak in one of the high pressure hoses on the rack of the vehicle. The auto shop that inspected the vehicle also mentioned that the left tie-rod end is worn but not broken. The convertible top does not operate as of yesterday (8/16/2016). It also has a repair on the left side of it from someone trying to break into the car and therefore the car also has no radio.
I'd love to keep the vehicle but I don't have the funds or the mechanical skills necessary to replace an ignition switch. So my loss is your gain.
I have yet to change the title into my name but have a signed, clear title from the previous owner that was dated August 13th (when I purchased the vehicle) with an accompanying Bill of Sale.
I am selling the car As-Is with no returns. I accept Paypal only, with a deposit due 24 hours upon transaction close. The remaining amount must also be paid via paypal before I hand over the keys and the car leaves my parking space. I will not ship the vehicle and the buyer is responsible for removing the vehicle from my parking lot by 8/30/2016 (the day I move). The car is currently at the shop and I am working on bringing it to my apartment later this week. Once I have the vehicle I will update and send pictures upon request.
I am simultaneously placing this on Craigslist as well as ebay and have the right to pull the ad if the car sells on Craigslist first.
