Vehicle history
I just picked this car up from an auction, the car was donated to The Childrens Cancer Foundation so keep in mind that in a way your purchase helped provide funding to a charity.
Here folks we have a well cared for car by the same owner since new. The car runs and drives great, smooth andresponsivedown the road. This is a true 63K mile car, also consider the area the car came from was not east coast or huge city where you get a lot of stop and go, short distance wear. This is rock solid car. I saw no leaks, overheating or issues observed during a one hour idle test.
The engine runs smooth and has excellent throttle response.
The transmission shifts through all the gears as it should, smooth and to the point.
The brakes are spot on and work as they should.
The steering is tight and exhibits no play side to side.
The suspension is very solid, no shakes or rattles.
The tires are excellent and almost new and in no need to be replaced any time soon.
The Air Conditioning works and blows cold. I did notice that the temp adjust knob was pulled off by the original owner and placed in the glove box. I tried to put it back on but does not seem to stay in place. I will work on locating a new one but noguarantees.
The paint is in very excellent shape and only exhibits minor flaws. No real dents to speak of, mainly some small scuffs on a panel. I would say considering the age of this car its amazing but you be the judge. The interior is really good shape, I pretty much took the photos as it came to show exactly how the car came. A little vacuum and wiping and your done.
The car has a clean, no issue Texas Title. I took the car to an inspection station and it passed both safety andemissions. I tried my best to describe the car as it really is. Please call for more information, come take a look or have it inspected. This vehicle is being sold as is with no warranty orguarantee of any kind. The car is in really good shapebut keep in mind it is not new, with anything you will always miss something or an unexpected repair could come at anytime no matter what you buy.
I'm a licensed Texas Dealer, LONESTAR AUTO CLASSICS, we are in the phone book. If your in Texas then I have to complete your transfer to the DMV. You will need to pay Tax Title and license fees. I do not make anything on that... If your out of state I will fill out the title to name and addressed provided and you can do your own transfer.
