The conversion includes a lowered floor, ower sliding door, ower ramp, neeling feature,EZ Lock, nchor points, emovable front seat and tie downs. Front seat can be used in either driver or passenger position. Van has front and rear heat and A/c, ower rear vent windows and CD player. Ramp and door can be operated from inside the van or by remote.Van needs nothing and is ready to hit the road. Very clean! NON smoker! I try very hard to disclose any and all major defects about the van but some minor normal usage may be apparent.
