Kombi Split Window Transporter Microbus Van

'62 Turkish Green Kombi Bus. Ready for your restoration or keep it as is for a cool cruiser. Runs excellent. recently installed 1500 engine which was rebuilt several years ago and has not had a lot of miles on it since. Very little rust. needs body work in a few areas. mainly the roof area. drivers door. drivers side behind the far back window. and in front under the emblem area. A tree fell on the drivers side roof many years ago. The metal has been straightened a lot but will need a lot more work. Would be best to replace the roof but this one could be straightened with some time spent. Replacing the roof is a fairly easy job for an experienced body man. The interior still has original paint and is very clean and straight. The exterior was given an amateur paint job to protect the metal until it is restored. This bus gets lot of comments and attention just the way it is! The only rust we can find is in the lower rocker areas on each side and a very minor amount in the front floor area near the doors. Drivers door has some heavy surface rust on the bottom and some slight rust through but it is minor. New tires. custom Porsche exhaust. upgraded to 12 volt. The engine was installed by EuroUnion in Spokane. It has not been wired to the front and has a starter switch in the back. Will need some maintenance and upkeep such as carb adjustment and brakes bled to be fully road worthy again but the engine and transmission are in excellent running condition.
