1964 Volkswagen Dune Buggy

This is a 1964 Volkswagen based dune buggy. The body is a customized 1970s Manx clone with molded in side pods. The paint has a few small scratches but not very noticeable. This car is street legal and has clean Texas title. The chassis is powder coated with new 1969 ball joint suspension up & front with disk brakes and back suspension is 1969 Irs type. New transmission. clutch and professional built engine. The engine is 1600 cc dual port with off road exhaust. Webber dual port carburetor and electronic ignition. Custom built battery/ glove box/speaker box. Beard suspension seats. and detachable steering wheel. The car has been completely gone through and rebuilt. We have driven the car all over town and took it to the beach a few times. It is a fun car and gets lots of looks. We are ready to move on to another project and are ready to sell.
