2001 Volkswagen Jetta vr6

Hi i have a 2001 volkswagen jetta vr6 for sale. The car currently doesnt run. It will turn over but wont fire. Im not sure whats wrong with it. It leaks a lil oil and antifreeze. I have to fill the oil by a quart every other week and the antifreeze once every 3 weeks. It has a dent in the rear driver side panel but it isnt very big. The car has power windows and locks and a power sunroof. It comes with a 6 cd changer in the trunk and cassette play in the front. The interior is in good shape except the center arm rest is broke and the ashtray in the back Is broke. I just put a new radiator. spark plugs. coil pack in it. It has a few rust spots on the hood and above the front window but there pretty small. The paint is chipping a lil on the front bumper. The transmission shifted good so no issues there its just the car wont turn over.
