2006 R1200GS Adventure. Look no further for your next bike! This is such a great machine. It is in perfect working order. both mechanically and electrically. I recently installed a new battery and the plugs were replace on the last oil change. I also replaced the front and rear brake pads. The BMW shop has performed all other maintenance. I am the second owner and purchased the bike with 4. 00 miles on it. It now has 24. 72 (barely broken in). I am selling it. because I am a father of 2 year old twins and don't have time to go on long rides anymore and I only commute 5 minutes to work (barely time to warm up the bike). I will really miss this bike. I hope it goes to someone who will enjoy it as it should be enjoyed. by being ridden. The stock 2006 GSA comes with heated grips. BMW Navigator III GPS. and BMW aluminum panniers and top box. There are a few upgrades. including a windscreen extension. Touratech hand guard extensions. an add-on mud flap inside the wheel housing to protect under the seat. a hard wired. heated jacket temperature control knob (jacket is available for sale). and a battery tender hard wired to the battery. The bike has mostly been on the street. but has seen some dirt and gravel fire roads and alike. It has never been in an accident. but has been dropped from a stopped position. resulting in some scratches on the nerf bars. cylinder covers. and pannier boxes (see photos). There are a few scratches on the hand guards. There is a small hole in the seat by the fuel tank. The aluminum boxes have some wear and tear scratches and there are some dents (see photos). but everything is in working order and cleans up nicely.
