I believe. They have nice sound. but not too annoying. The good: This bike runs very well. is very clean and had all of this work done by myself. a BMW Certified Motorcycle Technician. It was fun to ride today. This is an extremely reliable bike. I would not hesitate to jump on it. and ride it anywhere. The negative: The paint is not perfect. It is original. so there are minute scratches. the very front lower fiberglass engine cover has rock chips. The gas tank had been repainted by the PO. He had his pin-striper put his initials in small text by the gas tank. Not really ugly. but you should know. Also. the gas cap right now is not working well. I will either fix it. or buy a new one to replace it. Lastly. the windshield has hairline cracks around the mounting bolts. This windshield is very nice and they aren’t annoying. but they are there. There are still many years of use for this windshield.
