buell 1125 warranty 1125r black 2008 custom ebr ecm ecu

I have 2 kids and can't justify holding onto this anymore. Title in hand.

I'm the second owner bought it in 2010 with 500 miles. Extras include:

The rear brake does not work the pedal just goes down. Not sure why it happened one spring. Maybe a fuse or something? I never used it and the bike is under warranty for at least another year maybe 2 more so I was in no hurry. The swing arm is a little scraped from replacing a rear tire right where the lift would go. Not bad but annoying. The bike has never been down. There are also some scratches around the spokes of the rear tire for the same reason.

On the warranty it's a 5 year extended factory warranty that was bought in March 2011. It is fully transferable. It kicks in after the factory warranty expired; I don't know when the factory warranty expired. My best guess is it goes until April or May of next year but it may well go into Spring of 2017. If this is a deal breaker I'll find out and update the listing.
