Description

This is a full custom. show-quality bike. Built from the ground up and fully licensed for road-worthiness. It is licensed and registered in the State of California as a 2008 (that is the year the engine was manufactured. but the bike wasn’t completed until 2012) Special Construction. Registration is current. Bike is provided with all documentation. I will also include all owner’s manuals for the components and wiring diagrams. There is approximately $40. 00 in this bike and took me 7 years to complete (I am in the Army and spent 2 of those years deployed…so really only 5 years to build). There is no odometer on the bike but it has been ridden less than 700 miles since completion. It was ridden through town on a few weekends and mostly trailered to bike shows. The bike was dyno-tuned by After Hours Motorsports out of Tracy. CA. Numbers are approx. 109HP with 103ft-lb. The engine could’ve produce more. however the pipes are very short. I sacrificed appearance over HP gains as I would not be interested in maxed out numbers with this show bike. It’s had 2 oil changes already and is in great shape mechanically as well as appearance-wise. This is one heck of a show stopper. I recently entered the 2015 Easyrider show in Sacramento. CA and won 1st place in the Street Custom Category with it. There is nothing wrong with it. I just never ride it and I’m ready to move on to my next project. I am providing a number of high-def photos that can be zoomed into so you can see closely as much as possible as well as a short video of it running and air ride in operation. I am willing to take any additional pictures of specific parts of the bike at your request. I have a video I may be able to email showcasing the airride in action as well as how the exhaust sounds. Please serious inquiries and offers only. If you are into custom bikes. you know what this is worth… Below is a short list of the major components and work done to the bike. Opened a Flickr account to view some hi-def pix and a video is uploaded as well:https://www. flickr. com/photos/131184991@N06/SHIPPING/PAYMENT QUESTIONSOK. I've had some questions on shipping and payment. For payment. as the auction states. you will need to put down $500 thru paypal as a deposit. As for payment of the remainder. due to the high dollar value of this item. I do not accept paypal (and the fees are astronomical). At the completion of the auction I will give my personal contact info to the winner of the auction and we will discuss (preferably over the phone. but through email is ok too) different payment methods that will make both of us feel comfortable. I am leaning toward cashiers/bank check. but I am open to other options. as long as they are legal. binding and will cover both of us. Keep in mind I will not release the bike or title without any checks/monies clearing the bank first. As for shipping. I leave that up to the buyer. There are a number of reputable shipping companies out there and I will do my part to assist but cost of shipping and crating/securing the bike is on the buyer. THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT THE BIKEJust FYI. wanted to let everyone know as good as the bike is there are compromises made on a full custom like this. I wouldn't call them "bad" but I want everyone to be aware of what you may be getting into. It's a full custom and not sure if you've ever owned something full custom but they have their. temperament. Nothing's wrong with the bike. it just sits VERY low. even with the air ride all the way up. so turns are very wide. But once in a straight line. it rips. It is a rigid-mounted engine. so no motor-mounts. It vibrates your hands a great deal at highway speed. It kind of makes my hands numb after a long ride. not unbearable. but noticeable. but it is what it is. This bike is really meant to be a bar-hopper. weekend cruiser and show bike. I'm not sure it is a great commuter bike and would keep long road trips to a minimum.
