This is a rolling chassis built with expensive parts.The color looks great and this would make a really nice custom chopper when completed'It will need Engine, ransmission, rimary, and and foot controls, iring, ighting and oil lines etc.. to be completed.The bike has never been on the roadIncludes MSO (Manufacture Statement of Origin}The bike has been on display since it was built and may need some polishing
