EXTREMELY CLEAN CR500 Conversion
As I assembled this bike, took care to clean every part (including bolts) in Simple Green cleaner - this bike is actually as clean as it looks! The only custom parts are the exhaust, ylinder head coolant lines, nd plug for cylinder head. As far as replacement parts go, ny part can be purchased from a KTM/Honda OEM catalog aside from the parts listed above.
Chassis: 08 KTM 450SXF
-ADR revalved and resprung suspension front and rear for a 160lb B MX rider.
-New powder coated frame, wingarm, riple clamps, heel hubs and rims, evers and sprocket
-Fresh MX52 on the front, ery good M404 on the rear
-Fastway Platform Pegs
-Renthal Bars with brand new grips
-Stainless braided front and rear brake lines
-Galfer rotors with great pads (front and rear)
-Oversized radiators with silicone lines
-New Graphics
-New wheel bearings front and rear
**Since Wisconsin does not issue titles for dirt bikes, his bike does not have a title. Will include a bill of sale with purchase.

-Wiseco top end with less than 1hr
-Mild cylinder porting
-FMF Gnarly pipe (someone tried to repair a crack, till has an extremely minor leak)
-38mm PWK Air Striker
- Updated water pump to an aluminum side cover
- Fresh seals in bottom end
- Billet CNC Machined 6061 head stays
- Crank has no vertical play and minimal side to side play.
Bike starts first kick and shifts great. I will post a video of cold starting and a walkaround as soon as it uploads.
After the cosmetic modifications were done, he bike was put away and NEVER RIDDEN. This means that the bike you see in the pictures is the exact bike that I have.
*Can come with a compression release head for the right price - I have one that I built but never installed.
The bike will need an air filter (ripped the one on my 200 and needed to use the one from the 500), seal for the exhaust flange, nd two seals for the shock mount on the swingarm (damaged during installation after powder coating was done).
