Description

1971 Honda CT70H in the Beautiful Candy Blue/Green. This beautiful classic Honda CT70H will make any owner proud. The bike has a build date of 1/1971 Vin# CT70H-149708 Engine# CT70E149945. The bike currently has 4373 original miles. The rebuild was at about 3800 miles. It runs and drives as it should. All the electrical such as the horn. headlight and taillight work. As you can see in the pics I've tried to do my best to get every angle of the bike to show any possible defects. My Camera isn't catching the color quite right. The frame only with stickers is the closest to actual color. I have the Clear title in my name and 1 key. It was restored 2 years ago. As to the condition of the bike it does some imperfections. The Paint at the chain adjusters on the swing arm is chipped and I have included a picture. I have replaced a lot of parts on the bike during the rebuild. The frame was professionally blasted and painted the correct Candy Blue/Green by a CT70 enthusiast. Most of the nuts and bolts have been replaced with new ones from Honda. Many of the parts were sourced directly from Honda but there are a few that were replaced with CHP parts. Most chrome is in great shape. The decals are in good shape. The cables are all correct grey from CHP and in nice shape with no cracking. The tires are Bridgestone trail wings and were new last fall. The motor was completely rebuilt by D. Gunderson Motors and looks and runs like it did when it was new. It is my goal to give as honest a description of the bike as I can. It is not a 10 point garage queen restoration. It is in the condition of a well taken care of 1 or 2 year old bike. Like everyone else I am subject to error. so if you have any questions please feel free to ask before bidding. I will make the bike available for inspection in person during the auction.
