2012 Kawasaki EX650E Ninja 650R- 610 Miles Like New 1 Owner

For sale is my 2012 Kawasaki EX650E Ninja 650R with 610 miles on it. I am the original owner and have ridden this very little. I bought this new in August of 2013 with 1 mile on the bike. I do start the bike weekly.
The bike is not even completely broke in yet and I have followed the break in guidelines set by Kawasaki. I have also changed the oil a couple of times using OEM equipment. The bike is completely stock and rides great.
I'm selling this due to a baby on the way and the wife does not want me riding anymore.
The bike is in great shape and looks pretty much new. There is on little paint chip on the right side of the bike (see picture). It is very small and not really noticeable. It is always parked inside and has never seen the rain or even a wet road.
