Description

THE BUYER FLAKED OUT!! IF YOU DON'T HAVE THE CASH PLEASE DON'T BID!! FOR SALE LOCALLY IN AZ. I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THE AUCTION AT ANY TIME. This is a rare original 1983 Denver's Chopper with a KZ1000 power plant and a 5 speed trans. This bike was built and owned by Freddie Hernandez of Denver's Choppers from 1983-2005. Freddie currently owns Fred's Frames and he's one of the best. This is an unrestored 32 year old bike that still looks great. The paint is a candy maroon with gold leaf and pin striping all over. The bike is know as "Typical Lowlife" and has it written in Gold Leaf on both sides of the tank. The forks are hand made Denver's originals. the tank. fender and frame are all hand made Denver's originals. This bike is all Denver's. NOT a kit or garage build. You can see pics of it on Freddie's website. Its not perfect. the paint is 32 years old needs re-done if you want it perfect. It comes with the original 4 into 1 exhaust as well as a new drag radial. spare Denver's steel rear fender to fit the larger tire a larger chrome sprocket and chain. I haven't ridden it yet. but I was told it was "peel your face back fast. " The last time this was seen at a show was 2013. It's been in a private collection of Denver's Choppers for the last 10 years. You don't see many of these around for sale. This is a great piece of American History made by one of the original CA custom bike builders. Freddie Hernandez from Denver's Choppers. Here's your chance to own a piece of chopper history. Good luck bidding. This bike has a clean AZ Title. If the bike sells the winning bidder will get a new XL Denver's Choppers T-shirt with a picture of the bike on it. The t-shirts are almost harder to find than the bikes. I just got an email last night from Freddie about the bike. He confirmed that he built and painted the bike himself at Denver's. this is the real deal folks!! and if you don't know Freddie. I've added a few pics of the man himself.
