2006 250cc gas scooter

this is used I got this new in a crate im 300lbs and it ran 50 - 65 mph. and near 40 - 50 mpg has a 3 gal tank. has maybe 1000 miles. it shows 3860km. had to install a battery disconnect do to it would start sounding the alarm. when running it shows hot but it don't smell hot water level is fine. had to make a fan bracket the old one was plastic. have not ridden this over a year battery is bad now. no kick starter muffler is loud to me needs oil change lights and turn work. just selling do to not riding it. has air horn the horn it had was to low for me. yes you need plates to ride this. clear title buy as is no shipping no over seas
