2012 Triumph Thruxton Cafe Racer w/ Arrow Full Stainless 2-1 Scrambler Exhaust

!!! Lowered Reserve !!! This is a lightly used 2012 Triumph Thruxton. I am a Triumph technician and I purchased this bike brand new. I uncrated. prepped. and customized it myself. The bike was broken in with a proper 500 mile service. Has had new oil every spring and chain is cleaned and lubed every 500 miles. It will receive an oil change and check over before shipment. It has the Arrow 2 into 1 scrambler exhaust installed ($1100). factory tune (not Tune ECU. Power Commander. or Tune Boy). along with the factory scrambler side covers and heat shields necessary for this to be a proper factory appearance ($300). Rear brake reservoir and line were rerouted. The seat now uses thumbscrews. A factory black skid plate and lower access power port (BMW / Powerlet) are also installed. Also all bare aluminum engine covers were replaced with factory black covers ($700). These are much easier to keep clean. The bike does come with the right side Thruxton passenger peg. but also a Scrambler peg mounted to the the extended peg mount provided with the Arrow exhaust. This allows a passenger to comfortably ride on the back as the standard Thruxton peg is far too short to clear the exhaust. Because it does not match the other pegs on the bike I rarely have it mounted but it is included. Comes the original manuals and literature. Very few people install scrambler exhaust on Thruxtons. This one definitely stands out from any others I have come across. However I have not gone too far with customizing so you can still make this bike totally your own. This is a great bike and it is totally reliable. has not skipped a beat. The only reason I am selling it is the recent purchase of a BMW NineT means it's not necessary to have two modern 'retro' bikes. $500 deposit required within 24 hours of auction end.
