Your satisfaction is our goal, nd we work hard to make sure you have the right part at a fair price. We do our best to describe parts in as much detail as possible. If you need further information, lease ask.

All used parts listed are in good, orking condition, nless otherwise noted, ut may require some cleaning and/or polishing to restore their original luster. Please expect used parts to show normal wear and tear from usage according to mileage and year of manufacture. All used items are sold "as-is," without warranty of any kind, xpressed or implied.

All new parts are brand new and unused. Some may have minor imperfections which will be noted in the listing.

Items pictured in our listings are usually photos of the exact part, ut may, n occasion, e stock, epresentative photos, nd may not depict the exact part you will receive. In cases where a stock photo is used, ou will receive the correct part/accessory regardless of the photograph.

You must verify fitment of all parts and apparel before agreeing to buy. Orange City Cycle is not responsible for incorrect fitment, ven when we post guidelines for fitment on a particular listing. Any guidelines posted are for reference only, nd are not intended to be definitive or exhaustive. No warranties are implied, xpressed or provided by Orange City Cycle. Most new items carry a manufacturers warranty; you must contact the manufacturer directly regarding warranty claims.

Payment for your order must be received within 7 business days of your commitment to buy. In the case where this does not occur, range City Cycle will begin an Unpaid Item Claim in eBay's Resolution Center.

Sales tax of 6.5% will be added to all orders shipped or billed to a Florida address. All motorcycle frames will be charged a 6.5% sales tax, egardless of your location.

Returns and Exchanges:

Used parts are sold "as-is," and are not eligible for refund or exchange, nless we've made an error, uch as shipping you the wrong item (i.e. you ordered a gas tank, ut received a headlight).

Electronic parts, ew or used, re not eligible for refund or exchange, nless we've made an error, uch as shipping you the wrong item (i.e. you ordered a wheel, ut received a fender).

Bike frames are never eligible for return or exchange.

Defective new items or any item that we shipped to you in error (i.e. you ordered a rectifier, ut received a stator) may only be exchanged for the exact same and/or correct product, nd are not eligible for refund.

We allow up to 7 business days from the day you receive your order to contact us about returning or exchanging any item(s).

Please do not ship any item(s) back to Orange City Cycle without receiving an R.A. number first.

You must call us at 386-775-9536, nd speak with a customer service representative to receive an R.A. number.

You are responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us, ncluding shipping costs and tracking via a well-known carrier.

You are liable for loss and title until the returned package is received by Orange City Cycle.

You must clearly and conspicuously mark the outside of every returned package with your R.A. number.

You must include a note with the package with the R.A. number and a brief description of the reason for return.

You must ship the returned package to us within 7 days of receipt of R.A. number.

You must provide a tracking number via email (please see our policy page in our store for our email address) for all returned packages. Please include your R.A. number in this email.

You must return all item(s) in the exact same condition in which you received them, ninstalled, nused, nd undamaged, ncluding all original tags, rotective films, tickers, uts, olts, arts, ieces, ccessories, anufacturer documentation, nstructions, arranty cards, egistration, ser manual(s), tc, n the original packaging, ncluding the original, ntact cardboard or plastic box in which the item was shipped, lus all manufacturer's packing materials, n good condition, ithout any mutilation, amage or significant markings to the packaging, specially the external labelling, hich must be intact and readable, ncluding all manufacturer part numbers, PC codes, tc. or labels. Items and packaging must be in resellable condition.

Any return that does not meet every requirement outlined above cannot be processed for return/exchange. If this occurs, e will contact you in a timely manner to advise you of this status. Any return that cannot be processed for return/exchange will be shipped back to you at your expense; Orange City Cycle will not be responsible for shipping costs, or will we be responsible for any claims of loss or damage. We will ship the item(s) back to you via whichever method you choose. An invoice outlining shipping expenses will be emailed to you. Once payment is received (must be within 7 business days), e will ship your item back to you.

Failure to adhere to these policies means that any and all obligations implied or provided to you via the R.A. number will become null and void; exchanges will not be honored and returns will not be credited to your account.

Items returned due to your choice or an error on your part, nd that meet all criteria above and are accepted for refund will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Shipping:

Orange City Cycle currently is able to ship items only to the United States, t's territories, nd Canada. We are unable to ship to Mexico, outh America, he Caribbean Islands, frica, he Middle East, he Soviet Republic, ost of Europe and China.

You are responsible for all shipping charges to your location, ncluding insurance, racking, nd packaging materials. These will all be reflected in your total shipping cost.

We primarily use USPS (1st Class or Priority Mail), nd, ccasionally, PS or FedEx. If you need an item quickly, lease contact us before purchase.

Most items ship within 3-5 business days (our weekly hours are Tuesday through Friday, am to 6pm EST). If we are unable to ship your item(s) in a timely manner, e will contact you to let you know. Some larger items may take 2-3 business days longer to crate and box due to their size and availability of packing materials.

Please allow 2-10 business days to receive your item once it ships, epending on your proximity to our Central Florida location.

We are happy to combine shipping on some items; smaller items aren't usually a problem, ut larger items will often have to ship separately. If you've purchased more than one item and would like for us to ship them together and we are able to ship them together, Bay will combine and recalculate shipping charges automatically. If, or some reason, his does not occur, lease contact us within 3 business days before paying for your items, o we may write a new invoice.
